Gina is a proud 10 year veteran of CenterPoint Energy in Houston, TX. She started as an intern in college, working with industrial and large commercial accounts through Texas deregulation. In 2010, she joined CenterPoint’s Electric Market Operations as the lead subject matter expert for Advanced Metering Diversion Processes, resulting in industry-leading success. Other projects she led include Situational Awareness Analytics for both electric and gas operations, an electric customer re-engagement campaign, and a contact center work from home program.

Mr. Sartain is recognized in the analytics community for his expertise in advancing analytic capabilities to help utilities improve operations, bringing new insight from the proven models used today in other industries. Throughout his career, Mr. Sartain has been involved in all aspects of Energy including Electric & Natural Gas Utilities, Consumer Analytics, and Transmission. Prior to joining BRIDGE, Mr. Sartain led both large and small scale implementations of analytic solutions, as a Managing Partner of Manufacturing at Teradata. While at Teradata, Mr. Sartain helped build the Utilities Logical Data Model (ULDM) which has been implemented in multiple utilities across North America. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director for CIMA Energy where he was responsible for directing the effort in building the information management strategy including hardware, software systems and business processes, including SCADA systems.

In her current capacity, Michelle is responsible for a global portfolio of clients which includes management of sales, quality of delivery, and value identification and capture. Michelle’s primary area of expertise is Mergers and Acquisitions which often culminates in large scale transformation programs. She has supported client executives with a future state strategy, operating model development, organization design, and ultimately process and technology integration and enablement. Throughout her career, Michelle has worked in a global capacity to serve clients around the world relative to large scale transformation programs. She has worked in in Canada, Kuwait, The Hague, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Saudi Arabia. Michelle’s recent focus in the market is relative to enterprise-wide digital programs as many clients in the energy sector are seeking to transform through the use of emerging technologies, data collection and synthetization, and analytical insights.
